Terms & Conditions

Last reviewed 2026-10-14.

These terms apply to every rental arranged by Supercars Rentals (Supercars Rentals), based at RIMESA-TINO, Ctra. Nac. 340 km 175 Río Verde, C.C, 29660 Marbella, Málaga, Spain, and to the use of this website. They apply to self-drive and chauffeured hires of the vehicles we list. Where a booking is confirmed with specific dates, a specific vehicle and a written price, that confirmation, together with the rental agreement you sign at handover, forms the contract between us; if anything in this page conflicts with the signed agreement, the signed agreement governs.

1. Who may drive

The main driver must be at least 25 years old and have held a full driving licence for a minimum of 2 years. We ask for the licence and a second form of identification at handover, and the licence must be valid for the vehicle being hired. Additional drivers must be declared and approved in advance; an undeclared driver is a breach of these terms and of the insurance cover. Driving in Spain requires the documents set out by the Dirección General de Tráfico; the driver is responsible for carrying them.

2. Booking, price and payment

Daily rates shown on this website are indicative; the final price depends on your dates, the length of the hire, the delivery point and availability, and is confirmed to you in writing before payment. All prices exclude VAT. The hire is secured by a refundable card deposit authorisation of €3,000–€15,000, in the main driver's name. We take the rental amount in advance and the deposit is released after the vehicle is returned undamaged and on time. We do not ask for deposits by bank transfer to a personal account.

3. Delivery and collection

Free delivery and collection in Marbella, Puerto Banús, Nueva Andalucía, San Pedro Alcántara and Estepona. Delivery or collection at Málaga Airport (AGP) is €150 each way. Movements outside 08:00–20:30 carry a €100 surcharge. Delivery beyond the published area is quoted individually and confirmed in writing before the hire is confirmed.

4. Mileage and fuel

250 km per day are included per vehicle and are not cumulative between days without our written agreement. Additional kilometres are charged at the rate stated in your rental agreement. Vehicles are handed over with a full tank and must be returned full; fuel is at the customer's expense.

5. Insurance and damage

Every vehicle is insured for the duration of the hire. The rental agreement you sign at handover sets out the cover, the excess applicable to the vehicle you have booked, and any exclusions — read it before you drive away. Damage, loss and traffic fines incurred during the hire are the customer's responsibility up to and beyond the excess where the damage results from a breach of these terms. Please photograph the vehicle at handover and at return.

6. Cancellation and changes

Free cancellation up to 7 days before pickup; 50% charged within 7 days; no-show charged in full. If we cannot supply the confirmed vehicle for your dates, we will offer a comparable car at the same rate or a full refund of the rental amount. Changes to dates or delivery points are free subject to availability, and must be confirmed in writing.

7. How the vehicle may be used

  • The vehicle may not be used on a closed circuit, for racing, timed runs or driver training.
  • The vehicle may not be sub-hired, lent to a third party, or used for any paid transport service.
  • Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or without a valid licence, ends the hire immediately without refund.
  • Smoking and the transport of animals are not permitted in the vehicles unless agreed in advance.
  • The vehicle must remain within Spain unless we confirm otherwise in writing.

8. Liability

We are responsible for supplying the vehicle described in your confirmation, roadworthy and insured. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather or events outside our control, nor for personal property left in the vehicle. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the rental amount paid. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Spanish law, including the rules on unfair terms in consumer contracts.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, with the courts of Málaga having jurisdiction, without prejudice to the forum rights a consumer has in their place of residence. See the official state gazette Boletín Oficial del Estado for the underlying consumer and traffic legislation.
