Customer Reviews
The short answer
These are the reviews customers have sent us after hiring a car in Marbella, published word for word as they were written. We do not edit them, we do not pay for them, and we do not add a star rating we cannot trace back to a real booking. Each one describes a specific car, handover and piece of service - the details are what make them worth reading.
What customers say
“Exceptional service from start to finish. The SF90 was delivered to our villa in Marbella exactly on time, pristine condition. The WhatsApp concierge made everything effortless.”
“We rented the Cullinan for our anniversary weekend. The team went above and beyond, even recommending and booking a fantastic restaurant for us. True luxury experience.”
“Best exotic car rental on the Costa Del Sol. No hidden fees, transparent communication, and the cars are exactly as advertised. Will definitely use Supercars Rentals again.”
A note on attribution: these three reviews were collected by us before we began asking customers for a public review source, so we publish them with the first name and initial the customer used and nothing else. We would rather show three reviews with honest, limited attribution than invent reviewer surnames, dates, ratings or platform badges to make the page look busier. Newer reviews are collected on WhatsApp immediately after the car is returned, with the customer's permission to publish, and will carry the channel and date they came from.
How we collect and handle feedback
Feedback reaches us in one of three ways: a message on the concierge WhatsApp line, an email to concierge@supercars.rentals, or a comment at the handover when the car is returned. We read all three. Where a customer raises a problem, it goes to the same small team that delivered the car, because they are the people who can actually fix it - a scuffed wheel, a late handover, a car that was not the one expected. Where we get something wrong, we would rather hear it directly and put it right than read it later.
If you have hired from us and want to say something publicly, we ask you to post it where it can be checked - a Google review against our business listing, or a message we can publish with your consent. If you would rather send it privately, that is equally welcome and it still shapes how we run the fleet.
What the reviews have in common
Reading the three reviews together, the same three things come up: the car arrives when it was promised, the condition matches the description, and the concierge line answers. Those are the three things we can control, and they are the three things we measure internally on every hire. Nothing in the reviews claims a car we do not run - the Ferrari, Rolls-Royce and other models mentioned were genuinely in the fleet at the time each customer wrote, which is also why our current fleet is listed on the fleet page rather than promised in advance.
If you are deciding whether to book, the fastest way to test us is to ask a specific question - availability for your dates, delivery to your address, what happens if the car is late. Message the concierge on WhatsApp and judge the answer, or read more about how we work on the about page.
