Supercars Rentals rents cars to people, which means we handle personal data. This page explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, who else sees it, and how you can get it back or have it deleted. It applies to this website, to enquiries sent by email, phone or WhatsApp, and to rentals arranged with us.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Supercars Rentals, RIMESA-TINO, Ctra. Nac. 340 km 175 Río Verde, C.C, 29660 Marbella, Málaga, Spain, is the data controller. You can reach us at concierge@supercars.rentals or +34 662 119 015 for anything on this page, including any request about your data.

2. What we collect

  • Enquiries: the name, contact details, dates and vehicle you give us when you ask about availability — by form, email, phone or WhatsApp.
  • Bookings: the driver's name, address, date of birth, licence details and identification, the delivery address, and the vehicle and dates hired.
  • Payment: the amount paid and a payment reference. Card data is entered with our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers or security codes.
  • Website: pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and the source that brought you to the site.
  • Vehicle use: the mileage, fuel level and condition recorded at handover and return.

3. Why we use it, and on what basis

  • To answer your enquiry and perform the rental — necessary to enter into and perform our contract with you.
  • To check that you may legally drive the vehicle and to meet our insurance, tax and accounting obligations — legal obligation and legitimate interest.
  • To improve the website and see which pages are useful — legitimate interest, and consent where the law requires it for analytics and advertising cookies.
  • To contact you about a hire you have made or asked about — our contract with you or your request.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only where it is needed: with the payment provider that processes your payment, with our insurer and, where a rental is arranged through a partner, with that partner so the car can be handed over; with our hosting and database providers, which store the site and the booking records on our instructions; and with authorities such as the traffic authority or police where the law requires it, for example in the case of a fine or an incident. We do not sell personal data.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept for as long as we need them to answer you, and are then deleted. Booking and invoice records are kept for the period required by Spanish tax and accounting rules and for as long as a claim could be brought about the hire. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form. Vehicle handover records are kept with the booking they belong to.

6. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, have it corrected, ask us to delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and receive it in a portable format. Write to concierge@supercars.rentals and we will answer within one month. If you believe we have handled your data badly you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.

7. Cookies and analytics

The site uses cookies and similar identifiers for basic function — remembering your preferences and keeping the booking flow working — and, where you allow it, for analytics and advertising measurement. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time; the site will still work, though the booking flow may ask you for the same information twice.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data we will update this page and the review date at the top. Material changes affecting an active booking will be sent to you as well as published here. The rules of the rental itself are in our terms and conditions, and the practical side of hiring is covered in how to hire a supercar in Marbella.
